At Liyaan Kidswear, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. We kindly request you to review our Returns & Exchange Policy thoroughly before placing an order.

No Returns / No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, colour, design, or personal preference.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We recommend checking all product details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Exchange – Damaged Products Only

Exchange is permitted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To request an exchange, customers are required to provide:

  • A continuous 360° unboxing video (without cuts or edits).
  • The video must clearly show the sealed parcel being opened from start to finish.

Requests raised without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Important Notes

If the same product is unavailable at the time of exchange, customers may choose another product of equal value.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Exchange / Replacement Process

Step 1: Contact Us (Within 2 Days of Delivery)

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.

Step 2: Share Order Details

Please provide your order number, product name, reason for exchange, and the mandatory 360° unboxing video for damage verification.

Step 3: Pack & Return (Via Indian Post)

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back within 48 hours after approval.

Step 4: Verification

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition. If the returned product is found to be used, damaged, or not fresh, a ₹200 return handling charge will be applicable.
