Returns & Exchange Policy
At Liyaan Kidswear, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch. We request you to read our policy thoroughly before placing an order.
No Return / No Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, colour, design, or personal preference.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Please ensure you check product details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Exchange – Damaged Products Only
Exchange is permitted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
To request an exchange, the customer must provide:
• A continuous 360° unboxing video (no cuts or edits).
• The video must clearly show the sealed parcel being opened from start to finish.
Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
Important Notes
• If the same product is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value.
• Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Exchange / Replacement Process
Contact Us (Within 2 Days of Delivery)
Requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.
Provide Order Details
Please share: Order number & product name, Reason for exchange, Required 360° unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
Pack & Return (Via Indian Post)
Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Ship the product back within 48 hours of approval.
Verification
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition. If the returned product is found used, damaged, or not fresh, a ₹100 return handling charge will be applied.
