We ship orders across India through reliable courier partners and Indian Post.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Liyaan Kidswear will not be responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

No refunds will be provided for failed deliveries.

In rare cases of damaged parcels, customers must follow our Exchange Policy guidelines and provide a 360° unboxing video for verification.

Claims raised without proper proof will not be accepted.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
